Since I have been home we have been crazy busy trying to get the house organized now that SIX people live here! Saturday we were able to get Jessica moved into her new room and Katie back into her room upstairs. The babies on the other hand are an ongoing project. Carson is in a bassinet in our room and Allison is in the porta-crib in their new room. We were going to work on it Sunday afternoon but we just crashed. We were so exhausted! Bethany and Justin came over on Saturday to help with the big stuff because I can't really move furniture at this point (neither can Bethany!) Sean and Justin were pretty quick about it and got everything moved around for us. Both of the big girls LOVE their rooms, the were so excited to have their own space again. The babies room will be a bit slower I think, hopefully by the end of the week.
Things are falling into place as far as a routine. Allison is adjusting well and has started giving the baby hugs and kisses....it's quite cute! One thing that has changed is her volume. Oh my gosh is she loud! She just screams when she wants someone or something! She gets red in the face and just cranks out the noise, it would be quite funny if it weren't so annoying! We are also seeing the classic terrible twos temper tantrum where she throws herself down on the floor in a fit of rage! I don't know if she feels she has to be so loud because she is competing for attention or if she has just entered a new stage in her growth and development...mainly the development of her voice! Yikes! I feel like I am popping the pain meds for my headaches, not my surgery pain!
The baby is doing great...he isn't yellow anymore and does great at night, only getting up twice a night so far. He is very alert and likes to watch all the activity going on around him...which is alot. One good thing is that he doesn't react to Little Miss Noisy...her outbursts don't seem to faze him which is a good thing, I don't need two babies screaming at me!

"isn't yellow anymore" That made me laugh and then say out loud- just tan. Sorry I wasn't much of a help on Saturday- I did enjoy holding the baby though!
