Busy, Busy, Busy!

I just realized that I had not blogged in almost a month. I would like to say that I have been doing a better job of keeping in touch with people individually so I haven't needed to blog, but that isn't true...we have just been so busy! I am working three, sometimes four days a week, but my days off are tied up with errands, appointments and generally catching up. Our evenings just get away from us now. By the time we have dinner and get babies and kids to bed it is time for us to hit the hay ourselves.
Jessica is still playing softball. Her practices have gotten more regular as they are preparing for their holiday tournament. She is busy with choir, band and drama at school and youth group at church. She has something going on all the time. Katie has started basketball practice, her season starts in January. She is really doing great and she loves it. She has AWANA at church and is going to do Quiz team this year. Allison is a ball of energy and into everything. We had to change some of our child locks because she beat the ones we had. She is so tall she can reach things on the counter and if she gets a hold of a writing utensil, she leaves her mark around the house, usually on lightly painted walls! She loves to play with her sisters and is obsessed with Mickey Mouse and Goofy. I think she has a crush on Goofy. Whenever she sees him in a book or on TV she gets all smiley and blushes...it' hilarious! Carson is becoming quite vocal. He coos and "talks" all of the time. He talks to Allison all the time, but she usually ignores him, or walks away. He is soooo close to rolling over. He has the leg and hip down, but gets caught up on his shoulder. Won't be long now!

We are busy getting ready for Thanksgiving and Christmas and are excited to have Dad and Mom back this week so we can hear all about their trip. They are leaving Africa tonight after spending three weeks in Ghana with the Russ', they are flying to London to meet up with Darin and Joy Stevens for a few days in the U.K.
