What's up with the weather?

Easter was BEAUTIFUL! The sun was shining, and it actually felt like spring. We were able to enjoy about a week of spring like weather and then the rains came.

We spent Easter Sunday in Hart. We went up in time to go to the second service at church. This was nice, we were able to see some people we had not seen in a while. Lots of people had never seen Carson so he got to show off his Easter duds! He was a cutie! The weather was beautiful and Sean and I took a quick walk without the kids...short but nice.

The kids were outside enjoying the weather all last week. Allison heads for the door and says "outside" in her language. She is not happy when I put her in the van, she thinks we are out there to play.

Softball season was suppose to start Monday night. Katie had a game Monday and Jess on Tuesday. The cold weather returned and the rain came, so both games were canceled. Both girls
(and Sean and I) were bummed. They are ready to get started.

Soccer has started for Katie also. She has lost her interest in soccer this year. She really loves softball now. She is going to finish up the spring season, but does not want to sign up for next year. The decision between soccer and softball had to be made for both girls, it was any easy decision. Jess had to be asked to make it, Katie came to it on her own. Jess is also playing AAU volleyball this spring. She really likes it and has a good friend from softball on her team. She is a setter...surprise, surprise. She practices twice a week and has four Saturday tournaments. Our schedule has gotten pretty tricky, but we don't know any different.

The Griffins are in the play-offs so Sean has had his season extended a little longer than last year. Should get exciting here if they continue to do well. The kids and I are going to hit Friday's game this week...should be fun.

My eye is doing better and I don't have any terminal diseases, so things for me are looking good :) We are entering the interview season for next year and I am starting to get nervous and stressed. Keep me in your prayers as I prepare for any interviews and opportunities that may come up. I am getting anxious to have a full-time job so this time of year is nerve-racking!
